Should you need to reschedule, alter or cancel an appointment, I require a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the total bill.

Notice on the day or not showing up for your appointment will result in 100% charge of the total bill.

If you are late for your appointment, you may not be able to have the full service you require, or your appointment may be cancelled. You will be charged the full amount.

I understand at times things can occur that may prevent you from giving the relevant notice. However if I excepted everybody’s circumstances, my business could not run. I am a small business and this is my livelihood. Charges apply for ANY reason.

Fines will need to be paid in full before returning or making any future appointments.

When you make a booking, you commit to my T’s & C’s.

With kindness, if you feel you cannot commit to my T’s & C’s, then I am not the right therapist for you.
